Job Title: Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: On-Site | Near Painesville, Ohio
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Part-Time, Flexible Schedule)
Salary:$41,600 – $52,000 (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities (Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk):

Process invoices accurately and efficiently

Prepare and execute weekly check runs and electronic payments

Maintain vendor files and respond to vendor inquiries

Reconcile AP accounts and assist with month-end close

Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
Qualifications (Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk):

1–3+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred

Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
