In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead the campaign management and integrated marketing team and ensure service level agreements are met within the timeline.
- Generate reports based on team deliverables, present them to management and partners, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Evaluate individual performance, conduct development discussions, and provide coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities to support team success.
- Provide strategic directions and recommendations for integrated marketing campaign development based on benchmarks, industry trends, standard processes, tool updates, etc.
- Supervise a campaign and oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaign tactics with resources from different marketing teams/functions (e.g., marketing automation, social media, web, analytics, etc).
- Work with campaign owners (e.g., Program Managers, BU/Country/WA Marcoms) to design, plan, and develop campaigns, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations on possible contextualization (e.g., regionalizing campaigns) of marketing campaign strategies.
- Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure compliance with guidelines and standards to the benchmark target.
- Ensure efficient communication with stakeholders by delivering factual data, reports, and information on time.
- Support strategic initiatives (like State-of-Business information, BU strategies, Manila strategies) by translating them into tasks and activities that are generally understood at the staff level.

You have a strong understanding of integrated marketing and can put together strategies and campaign designs. You communicate with clarity and have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You are interpersonally savvy, can collaborate effectively with people at any level, and can balance the interests of multiple stakeholders.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
- More than 7 years of relevant experience in integrated marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience as a team leader handling multiple teams, supporting multiple functions, and leading leaders, or relevant experience in a senior role in integrated marketing or equivalent.
