In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead the analysis, design, and administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and variable pay programs.
- Conduct compensation modeling and forecasting to support workforce planning and budget cycles.
- Evaluate and recommend compensation adjustments based on market trends, internal equity, and global guidelines and organizational priorities.
- Facilitate job evaluations aligned with Emerson’s global career framework.
- Partner as compensation subject matter expert to HR Business Partners (HRBPs), talent acquisition, and business leaders.
- Lead annual and off‑cycle salary review processes and guide leaders on compensation decisions.
- Prepare clear, data‑driven dashboards and reports for HR and business leaders.
- Deploy global compensation guidelines and communication materials to HR and managers, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Support continuous improvement by simplifying processes, optimizing tools, and leveraging data insights to enhance decision‑making.

For This Role, You Will Need:

- 5 to 7 years of experience in compensation analysis or total rewards, ideally gained in a mid‑to‑large or complex organization.
- Relevant experience in market benchmarking, modeling, and pay‑equity analysis.
