Job Summary
The Machine Operator I performs standardized operations, recognizes defective materials and machine malfunctions, and observes continuous operation of machines to ensure that products meet specifications.
Essential Functions
- Operating of one or more production machine such as a grinder, mill, drill press, lathe, etc.
- Read work orders, work instructions, or formulas.
- Measure and visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects in order to ensure conformance to specifications using measuring instruments.
- Maintain Kurt Manufacturing’s quality standards.

- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- 1 month of related experience
