How You’ll Make an Impact

The Profile of a Leader
- The Credentials: You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field.
- The Experience: You bring at least five years of experience in the field, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory or management role.
- The Skills: You have a proven track record in budget management and human resources.
- The Drive: You are ready to travel extensively to serve our mission and possess the ability to translate financial data into life-changing operational decisions.
