SENIOR SITE ESTIMATOR/MANAGER
Summary/Objective
Provide Estimating and Management within Hall’s Paving Division.
Essential Functions

- Oversee projects from the bid phase to the completion.
- Prepare and review estimates for site projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain a high level of organization in order to meet critical deadlines.
- Meet and assist in developing customer relationship.
- Primary liaison between Hall Contracting and the project owner’s representatives.
- Able to work both independently and with parts of the estimating/project management team.
- Promote a safe work site for each project.
- Update weekly/monthly project schedules.
- Abide by Company Safety Program and Polices in performing duties safely.
- Communicate, update and report to the Paving Division Manager.

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The employee is required to use proper personal protection equipment when on the construction job sites.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Hours of work vary based on project needs. Overtime as required.
Travel
Some travel may be required.
Required Education and Experience
Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
