SUMMARY: The Service Coordinator role is responsible for overseeing residential solar and electrical service requests from both Baker and Non-Baker customers. Key responsibilities include diagnosing customer concerns, collaborating with manufacturers as required, preparing accurate scopes of work for system repairs, and coordinating repair schedules via phone and email communication with homeowners.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Service Calls/Warranty Calls:
Answering the service line and promptly creating Service Cases.
Troubleshooting solar concerns over the phone and assessing customer needs.
Managing the next repair steps following established company processes if the concern cannot be resolved remotely.
Electrical Work Intake
Discussing EV Circuits or Service upgrades as needed.
Documenting relevant information for the next team to manage subsequent steps.
Management Of Assigned/Open Cases
Responsible for overseeing assigned/open cases.
Ensuring quality and timely service delivery.
Customer Advisement
Advising existing customers on system operation and utility concerns.
Scheduling Assistance
Assisting in scheduling repairs, including electrical work.
Additional Duties
Performing additional duties as assigned by Management and as needed.
