Overview
AVIAN is searching for a Senior Program Analyst to join PMA 280 Tomahwak Missile Program Office.
As a Sr Program Analyst you would provide Acquisition support for the Missile Systems Recertification program; manage Aquisition Management Systems activities, CSPT, PMT and CDRL tools; and support SOW and Aquisition document development to RFP and manage awarded contracts as required.

Responsibilities
Our successful candidate will be able to demonstrate proficiency in the following tasks:
- Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
- Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
- Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government- instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
- A Senior level person typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently. A Senior level person may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
Qualifications
Position requirements include:
- A Senior level person within this labor category has over 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree (If substituting only work experience, the candidate must have a minimum total of twenty (20) years relevant work experience as indicated below:
- Master's Degree: Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years additional work experience may be substituted for a Master’s
- Bachelor's Degree: 6 years’ additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree
- Associate's Degree: Associate’s Degree plus 4 years’ additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree
