Overview
Travel: Light travel required, including stores, regional offices, and attendance at various corporate and industry conferences
Scope of Responsibilities: Follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. May assist in orienting and training employees.
Job Summary: Provide support to all divisions of the Kph organization through the organization, configuration, and support of employee facing hardware and software technologies. Provide project oversight and ensure consistent training & methodologies across the IT Systems team. Oversee the IT Systems ticket queue. Oversee equipment depot and asset tracking.
Responsibilities
Primary Job Duties:
- Provide hands on support of end user technologies remotely and in person.
- Manage the health of the IT Systems ticket queue, ensure tickets are evenly spread and handled in the appropriate timeframe with adequate communication.
- Oversee small and medium sized projects. Communicate with relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee technical cross training. Strive for consistent methodologies. Ensure documentation exists and is relevant.
- Provide immediate off hours on-call assistance for urgent service affecting issues.
- This position can require a non-traditional work schedule, including nights and weekends, must be flexible.
- Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
- Utilize technology and tools to its fullest potential.
- Utilize scripting to efficiently deploy changes across multiple systems and platforms
- Responsible for Software purchasing, tracking, licensing, and compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Secondary Job Duties:
- Provide timely support of issues and questions utilizing the company’s ticketing system.
- Procure, provision, configure, upgrade, repair, and maintain end user technology including:
- PCs, laptops, tablets, and peripherals
- Point of sale hardware
- Wireless handhelds and printers
- Cellular devices including phones and hotspots
- Promptly diagnose defective equipment and handle as necessary
Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred: AS Degree or higher in a technology related field.
Experience:
- Minimum: 2 Years experience in a technology facing role.
- Preferred: Previous experience in a leadership role.
