The Role
The Analytics Manager will support Charlie’s Produce’s analytics and business insights as prioritized by the Co-CEO’s, the Executive Board and other Executive Staff. The candidate will research and analyze opportunities and expand analytical tools and direction in the areas of sales and margin growth, warehouse operations, and procurement. The role will manage a team of analysts and be the business owner of the company’s reporting platforms including Tableau, the underlying data warehouse, Retalix dashboards, operational insights and other systems
Essential Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To
- Business owner of the company’s reporting and analysis tools.
- Manage a team of business analysts dedicated to Sales and Procurement.
- Provide technical and professional advice to project and department stakeholders and other members of Executive Staff.
- Identify and prioritize the biggest opportunities including sharing company best practices.
- Identify new tools – AI, digital, CRM etc. that support growth of our business.
- Support the development, rollout and ongoing functionality of the category pricing platform. This includes constant consideration and focus on continuous improvement of our price modeling tools and strategy.
- Various other tasks related to improving the company’s performance, through data analysis and systems advancements.
- Support the mobile ordering platforms and digital marketing with a focus on increasing sales (upselling).
- Partner on data integrity and item maintenance to support sales, pricing, costing and transfer efficiency and accuracy.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external parties including vendors, customers and divisional management.
- Track and report on industry trends and economic factors.
- Interface with IT leardership and Data Warehouse Engineers to ensure the reliability of data and 100% availability fo Tableau reporting to the user community.

Qualifications
Required Experience
- Advanced understanding of data warehousing and data visualization tools.
- 3-years of experience in a Senior level Strategic Manager position; Retail, Wholesale, or Intermediate knowledge of food broadline industry experience is preferred.
- Ability to build and implement enterprise-wide programs.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, acceptable MVR and insurance.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test
