RESTORATION CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Description

We are currently seeking a professional and positive Project Manager to join our team. We are an established full-service restoration company based in the East Valley. We have been in business for over 14 years and are committed to continued growth. Position entails planning and executing reconstruction projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, and resource providers involved in reconstruction services. Join our team of likeminded professionals in a goal-oriented environment.

Qualifications

Physical job site inspections and communicate with customers on rebuild process
Develop project budgets from approved estimates/scopes
Maintain regular communication with customer and project coordinator to provide updates.
Manage production schedule of Sub Contractors/Trades
Understanding processes and reasons for supplements or change orders and be able to communicate effectively with all parties for timely submissions
Ability to read and understand scope of work (Xactimate experience preferred, Xactimate estimating a PLUS)
Understanding of permit process/inspections and building plans
Complete projects on time and on budget while ensuring a superior level of customer satisfaction
Build and flourish relationships with existing and new Sub Contractors
Follow the established job management procedures while bringing your knowledge and experience to help improve that process

Requirements

Valid Drivers’ License with satisfactory driving history
2 years construction experience
Computer skills including Microsoft Office and similar programs required
High School graduate or equivalent
Strong communication skills
Full Time Position
