Responsibilities
The Shift
Monday - Friday On Site, Day Shift- Seattle Division
The Role
The business manager is expected to lead the work of the reception and sales admin team. This role is responsible for scheduling phone coverage in multiple buildings on the Seattle campus, directing the work of the sales admin Team, work with multiple members of divisional leadership on credits, driver’s books, mail dissemination, parking and office supply orders.This position will also manage travel programs, sales gifts and inventory, division meal programs and divisional perks (special events, sports games, etc.).
Essential Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To
- Manage a team of Sales Admin and Receptionist including scheduling, training, hiring, mentoring, performance management and regular feedback
- Monitor and approve weekly office supply order and specialty orders such as; business cards, office equipment and furniture
- Manage the Sales Admin email group to ensure no requests are missed
- Create reason codes for Finance
- Obtain credit approval on credits over $150.00
- Oversee the petty cash reconciliation
- Audit and assist in the Teams’ work on driver books
- Swell Credit administration
- Primary travel coordinator for the Seattle Sales, Admin and Operations groups
- Manage the divisions’ company store; employee purchases and sales gifts
- Partner with sales and HR on distribution of employee boxes (gifts)
- Maintain building seating and move chart
- Manage the divisions sports ticket incentive program
- Daily mail and bank runs

Qualifications
Required Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of internal and external customers
- Effective teacher and educator
- Excellent organization skills, ability to track and monitor programs using a detailed spread sheet
- Strong attention to detail to maintain compliance documentation
