Additional Compensation Details:
- $21-$24 Per Hour Dependent on Experience
- Potential 90-day performance-based raise
- Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure.

Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To
- Preparing of data for fuel and mileage tax reporting.
- Filing and organizing transportation documents.
- Responsible for monitoringall compliance regarding tasks associated with:
- Driver Qualifications – Medical Cards/Physicals, Licenses, etc.
- Driver Records – Processing employment applications, DOT required documents, MVR, criminal background, PSP, etc.
- Auditing of driver route documents.
- Coordination of our cross-dock program & third-party logistics proof of delivery, scheduling, and invoicing.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to work closely with our other divisions.
- MS Office Suite proficient.
- Intermediate MS Outlook skills for regular daily communication with coworkers and departments/divisions.
- Desire to learn, grow, and build your capacity to improve yourself and your team.
- Excellent customer service/client relations.
- Advanced phone engagement capabilities.
- Strong independent problem-solving abilities.
- Dependable time management skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Ten-key by touch.
- Previous accounting experience.
