*Due to being an in-plant position, the below referenced job duties have been provided by the client:
Qualifications/Competencies:
· 0-5 Years’ Experience in industry setting with an understanding of management of change processes, process operations and a proven ability to prepare and present information.
· Education: High School or Equivalent; Associate (Preferred) or Bachelors (Plus)
· A thorough understanding of change processes and the impacts of change on facility assets and employees.
· Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
· Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle Responsibilities & Essential Duties
· Assist MOC owners with the overall implementation, management, and execution of the MOC processes and provides subject matter expertise.
· Support and sustain the local requirements of the MOC process from a technical management perspective.
· Participates or facilitates regular MOC status meetings, governance/ assurance, and status management of MOC records, overdue actions, temporary MOC expiration dates, target completion dates, and close out dates.
· Assist MOC metrics reporting and performance measurement. Work with MOC originator(s) to determine whether a proposed change must follow MOC guidelines.
· Participation and involvement in quality review of the proposed change definition before the change can move forward to evaluation.
· Reviews each MOC and works with the MOC responsible parties\resources as needed to ensure each MOC is properly defined.
· Participate in a closeout review session with the MOC owner to ensure all MOC activities are completed and all documents organized and stored appropriately.
· Participate in “completion” walk-downs and Pre-Start Safety Reviews as required.
· Carries out other duties as assigned by the Engineering Superintendent, Process Safety Management.

Summary of Description: The Technician will work under the supervision of an assigned specific discipline and based on experience the individual evaluates, selects, and applies standard applicable techniques. Could include discipline work of purchasing, expediting, NDT Inspection, project controls, surveying, laser scanning, schedulers, planner, construction inspectors, project coordinators, automation, controls, etc.
Duties:
- Assists assigned supervisor in various aspects of projects assigned.
- Applying standard discipline techniques to make minor adaptations and modifications.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
License Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License as per State law or requirement
Specific Skills:
- Detailed working knowledge of Policies and Procedures related to project work.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk up to one mile on industrial plant and construction sites outdoors at any time of the year.
- Ability to work in protective clothing which may elevate body temperatures by several degrees Fahrenheit for periods of up to 15 minutes without a break.
- Ability to use multi-level stair towers and rung ladders unassisted.
- Ability to hear safety alarms and signals while wearing hearing protection.
- Ability to sit at desk and operate computer for extended periods of time.
- Ability to stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk and hear.
- Ability to see with visual acuity and distinguish between colors.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift and carry 15 lbs. on a regular basis is required and at times lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required.
