What’s Expected? 

To remain agile, team members will be cross-trained and expected to contribute outside their areas of expertise. All team members begin will begin their training in Small Pack and remain until a satisfactory knowledge of our products is acquired. We have a wide range of products tied to our US Cargo Control, Fasteners Plus, and Ecofoil brands.  

All team members must adhere to the safety protocols and warehouse procedures at all times.

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to repeatedly lift 50lbs. This position requires constant movement and use of limbs. Must be able to engage in repetitive bending, kneeling, and squatting movements. 

Primary areas of focus within our Warehouse: 

  • Small Pack
    • Pick orders accurately and efficiently according to picking lists
    • Audit orders for accuracy.
    • Pack orders securely and neatly for shipping.
    • Fulfill the order in the ERP.  
  • Receiving & Inventory
    • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and organization.
    • Performing quality checks as needed on incoming products and check-in accurately to ensure product is available to ship.    
    • Down stock and replenish bins proactively using FIFO. 
    • Performing cycle counts to ensure inventory is always accurate, eliminating or reducing lost and damaged inventory.     
  • LTL
    • Following our standard operating procedures for picking, packing, and shipping all orders, including small parcel and LTL.
    • Responsible for verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment.
    • Load items for shipment to 3rd party distribution.  

As a growing team, at all times you should be prepared to perform other duties as assigned.  

 

Equipment 

  • Ability to learn/operate powered industrial equipment, such as stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.
