Are you a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to make a difference in the lives of older adults? Look no further! Our Rehab Team at Commonheart Home Health, in partnership with Symbria, is searching for its next passionate, employee-owner team member.

✨Position Highlights✨

This is a PRN SLP Home Health position to cover nearby cities within a 30 mile radius in the Viroqua, WI area.
Competitive Per Visit Rates plus Mileage reimbursement included.
No prior Home Health Experience Required, but must have CCC's.
Mileage reimbursement is offered.

Responsibilities

As a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with developing and implementing clinical and educational SLP programs. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

Be a graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists. Must have CCC's
Hold a valid state license.
Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
It’s great to have had home health experience but not required!
