As a project management extraordinaire, the Operations Coordinator helps support the entire team, leading work efficiently through the system on time, on budget, with an inspired team and delighted Clients. You oversee getting projects set up for success and working through all touch points in the workflow journey; ensuring the right team members are engaged at the right intersections along the way.
The Operations Coordinator partners with Account Leadership and owns creating and managing timelines, scheduling and managing all necessary team meetings and project intersections through a lens of strategic trafficking, driving actionable next steps, managing data entry in our project management platform.
This role is responsible for organizing and leading internal meetings like internal team status meetings and standups, working with Account Leadership to run client status meetings, and owns tracking tools like hot lists, client-facing timelines and billing trackers. Staying organized, being detail oriented, and driving action with clear next steps are all essential skills for this role.
The Operations Coordinator will work directly with and across all functions of our team (including managing external resources like proofing and freelance) and reports to the Client Operations Director, who will help provide guidance at the beginning of projects and input along the way.
