Parametrix, a leading engineering, planning, environmental sciences, and construction management consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator/Project Controls Specialist to join our well-established team of dedicated professionals in the Puget Sound area. This position will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid arrangement, preferably coming into our Puyallup, Washington office for client and team collaboration as well as working from home.
Who you are:
Dedicated & Experienced: You have 3+ years of project coordinator experience within the AEC industry.
Organized: You pay attention to detail and can help coordinate, prioritize, and track items such as, budgets, reviewing subconsultant invoices/cost coding to meet contract requirements, prebills, reports, resource schedules, contracts, schedules, data spreadsheets, and meeting minutes.
Technically Adept: You have an excellent solid understanding of Excel, Word, and the Microsoft Suite, including SharePoint. You are adaptable when learning new software applications and upgrades, and when navigating various client portals. You demonstrate interest or experience supporting project production. BST10 and Concur experience preferred but not required.
Relationship-focused: You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a desire to support our dedicated team of Project Managers.
Hard Working/Willing/Flexible: You care deeply about delivering for your team and your quality work reflects this. You willingly receive and follow instructions with a client-service attitude. You take pride in setting goals and following through with commitments. You are flexible and able to shift from one task to another as priorities arise.

Base salary for this position is in the range of $75,000-$95,000. Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, location, and role. For all positions we conduct an equity review. Employee-owners are all eligible for performance-based bonuses based on key contributions. Salaries are reviewed at least once annually as part of our compensation program.
