Make an Impact 

As a Project Manager I, you are responsible for overall team leadership as well as effective client leadership. You are specifically accountable for managing project schedule, budget, quality and monitoring the team’s financial performance. You are gaining experience and will work with the assistance and mentorship of a Senior Project Manager, as well as your Team Leader. 

Deliver Results 

  • Communicate project goals to the team per Performance Based Design process.  
  • Initiate project start-up (project number, budget, schedule, team meetings, etc.) 
  • Prepare, monitor, and control project plans, schedules, and budgets. 
  • Prepare project history information and close projects. 
  • Coordinate cross-discipline quality coordination and assurance. 
  • Assist in creating proposals and attend interviews. 
  • Collaborate with Practice Leader with early involvement in proposals and contract negotiations to establish scope of work, schedule, and budget.  

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in an area of expertise (architecture, interiors, landscape architecture or engineering preferred.) 
  • 5+ years of AE project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Master’s degree.
  • CSI-CDT certification highly preferred.
  • Professional registration in your field highly preferred.
  • Certification through PSMJ/PMI.
  • Experience in Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with Deltek Vision and Project Planning.
