Key Responsibilities of the Billing Clerk

Generate, review, and process invoices accurately and timely

Verify billing data, rates, and supporting documentation

Research and resolve billing discrepancies and adjustments

Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding billing inquiries

Assist with month-end reporting and audit preparation
Qualifications for the Billing Clerk

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

1–2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or administrative support

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing or accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
