Description
Summary/Objective
Strip Operators use fixtures and dip tank equipment to remove photo resist from completed product received from etch area. Post- stripping dip processes to clean foreign object debris from product to achieve customer specifications as well as monitor chemistry condition to ensure good productivity and quality.
Essential Functions

- Perform product stripping processes per general instructions to achieve customer specification.
- Read and apply special instructions when applicable.
- Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department Lead.
- Monitor chemistry condition to ensure good quality.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
- Work as a team member with peers and leadership to achieve production demands.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly working over open tanks of caustic and acidic chemistry. There are regularly unpleasant smells due to organic vapor. The work environment can become hot during summer months.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand. The employee is frequently required to use both hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is frequently required to walk; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday 2:00pm – 12:30am. Occasional overtime as deemed by management and production needs. Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.

No travel is expected for this position.

Salary Range: $17.50-$25.00/hour. This is the full salary range for the position. Most new hires can expect to start around $17.50/hour.Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
