Job Summary:
If you are a Senior Sales Engineer professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in Emerson’s Flow Controls business within the North Middle East Region. Based in Ahmadi, Kuwait, you will help drive growth by identifying opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and bringing forward innovative solutions that support efficiency, safety, and long-term performance for customers across the Hydrocarbon and Power & Water sectors.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop new sales opportunities by applying your understanding of customer needs and control valve applications that improve operational efficiency, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Analyze market insights and existing strategies to recommend future growth initiatives, including forecasts, business intelligence, and emerging trends.
- Manage a strong pipeline of opportunities and ensure smooth transitions from business development to sales execution to meet business targets.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers to position Emerson Flow Controls solutions as the preferred choice.
- Lead brownfield project pursuits and drive MRO/Lifecycle Services opportunities across assigned accounts.
- Conduct site surveys to identify potential opportunities and document findings.
- Represent Emerson at industry events and seminars, sharing technical knowledge and market insights with customers and partners.
- Stay well-informed on product developments, industry advancements, and market dynamics to provide relevant, timely customer support.
- Align Business Unit initiatives with account plans and execute them in a timely and professional manner.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as needed to support business goals.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Technical educational background—such as engineering—or equivalent practical experience that enables you to understand customer applications and product solutions.
- Strong professional experience in sales, ideally within the valves or industrial automation sectors.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
- Capability to build relationships, influence decisions, and collaborate across teams.
- A commitment to safety, following Emerson’s Health & Safety standards and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Understanding of control valves, their applications, and relevant industry standards.
- Experience presenting to varied audiences and facilitating technical discussions.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities that enable engagement at all organizational levels.
