What We're Looking For

• English language skills
• Operating knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and/or electrical systems in a commercial setting is a plus
• Strong customer service skills and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of trade related tools needed for job applying
• Ability to read, understand, and work from schematics, blueprints and cut sheets and perform math computations needed in the trade
• Basic computer skills for tablet and cell phone to communicate and compete required documentation
• Ability to recognize the importance of safety in the workplace

• Criminal background check and drug screen required for hire
• Valid PA Driver’s License and acceptable motor vehicle record
