Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Sales Executive to join the growing team with Bender Insurance. This successful candidate will work towards growing their own book of business, providing commercial insurance services to businesses throughout California, building relationships with business owners and C-level executives across all industries. There is no prior insurance experience required; licensing, training and mentorship are provided. 


What to Expect: 

  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary range of $65,000-$85,000, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Business Development: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and other lead-generation strategies
  • Goal Achievement: Achieve new business objectives established in annual sales plan
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Using a consultative sales approach, gather information and present proposals to business owners and C-level Executives
  • Solution-Oriented: Develop and present solutions based on client needs

Qualifications:

  • Possess 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience
  • Hold a Property & Casualty license in good standing OR the ability to obtain a license. 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
