AgriVision Equipment Group is a leading John Deere Dealership, and we're seeking individuals who are passionate and committed to providing our customers an amazing sales experience, support and consultation - while also building a long-term and successful career on our team!

As a Customer Sales Representative, you will:


  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to strengthen customer loyalty and dealer reputation
  • Continually improve personal selling capabilities in order to respond to customer needs in a more effective manner
  • Actively identifies, seeks and obtains new prospects
  • Achieves targeted and agreed upon sales goal (volume and margin)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:


  • Must have a passion for sales and for creating innovative solutions for customers
  • Solid analytical, business planning, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Customer oriented focus and philosophy
  • Familiarity and experience with John Deere and competitive products will give you a head start but not required
  • Excellent knowledge and use of CRM and all MS Office Products
