Your Impactful Role

As a Nurse at Mosaic, your day-to-day is about more than just vitals. You will:

Coordinate Holistic Care: Review healthcare services and medications for a dedicated group of individuals.
Be a Clinical Mentor: Provide guidance and training to direct support staff on healthcare needs and safety.
Advocate: Collaborate with physicians and families to ensure the highest quality of life for those we serve.
Build Relationships: Truly get to know the people you support, celebrating their milestones and supporting them through challenges.

$SCHEDULE: Days, full time 8 hour shifts NO WEEKENDS OR ON CALL - Position will work in Grand Island$

What YOU’LL Need:

Education: BSN or ASN from an accredited nursing program.
Licensure: Active Nebraska nursing license in good standing, valid driver's license required.
Experience: At least 1 year of general nursing experience, IF NEW LPN, we can use 3 years of Med aide/Nurse Aide experience. Also experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is highly valued.
Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid (FA) certification.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with computers and technology is required for daily documentation and task management.
Physical Requirements: Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 lbs
Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking, time management, and the ability to teach individuals from diverse cultures and learning styles
