General Purpose:

- Grow customer share of wallet through strong customer connections to achieve sales & profit expectations to support long-term growth & shared success.
- Develop and implement plans to dominate the whole goods and aftermarket business through new and existing customers.
- Develop & enhance strong customer connections with current & prospective key customers.
- Actively embrace & promote Precision Ag solutions to challenge customers and lead employee utilization to create a customer advantage.
- Create a positive culture, aligning with our DNA, to develop a high performing team.
- Coach, manage, and develop the location leadership & sales team through timely feedback, monthly reviews, and career development initiatives, including rewards & recognition.
- Provide consistent and effective store-wide communication on company DNA, goals and initiatives, pulse survey results and action plans.
- Lead recruiting efforts to attract talent to ensure pipeline of technicians and candidate pool for succession efforts.
- Lead & motivate teams to implement and execute defined AVE-PLP processes & policies, to minimize risk & create opportunity.
- Ensures company location standards including visual appeal, security, cleanliness, organization, and employee professionalism are understood and achieved.
Supervisory Duties:
- Directly manages the Sales team, Service Manager, Parts Manager, and Administrative Assistant staff.
