Gas - Pod 352 Head Assembly

Head and Final Assembly

• Place engine head into wash tank to be cleaned of all dirt.
• Installs all valves, seals and springs.
• Perform a vacuum test to check for required pressure.
• The engine head then moves on to final assembly where Associates will assemble the heads on the units along with installing push rods, lifters, and rockers.
• The position utilizes torque wrenches and precise gauging equipment.
• This position requires an individual that must be detail oriented, computer literate, and have strong math skills.
