Position Overview
This position is for a focused Contract Administrator who has an affinity for processing legal documents, organizing assignments, and managing records. The Contract Administrator works closely with the Business Development and Operations teams to ensure our contract negotiations and processes remain efficient and accurate. Job Duties
What You’ll Do:
- Processing and managing Non-Disclosure Agreements, Subcontract Services Agreements, and Certificates of Insurance
- Tracking contracts and associated addenda to get us on the job faster, while minimizing our risks.
- Prioritizing and managing activities effectively to meet commitments and schedules; consistently meeting deadlines
- Determine insurance requirements found in contracts, request coverage, manage renewals
- Use of a tracking system for hundreds of COIs
- Reporting and managing Tier II Diverse Vendor data
- Facilitating client and vendor onboarding requests
- Using contract management software for process contracts and upload contracts
- Diligent follow-through on pending tasks
Qualifications
What We’re Seeking:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently by maintaining calendar/tickler system
- Meticulous with a strong dedication to excellence; ability to spot errors and omissions at a glance
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Customer Service and administrative support
- Proven analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient in both Google Suite and MicroSoft Office products, Adobe, electronic repositories
Preferred Experience:
- Contract management
- Processing and management of Certificates of Insurance
- Involvement with Process Improvement initiatives
Education:
B.S./B.A. Business Administration preferred; or Associate degree with 2 years of relevant experience
