We are currently seeking a purpose-driven candidate with an ownership mentality to fill an open position as a Temporary Sales and Administrative Assistant. This position will be located in Taipei, Taiwan.
Summary:
Support regional business by effective customer service and sales support activities that enable meeting or exceeding revenue and other Corporate goals. Perform clerical duties, sales / customer support, travel planning and schedule meetings for the regional office as well as any other department within the company that requests clerical assistance
Responsibilities:
Perform support activities to assist remote personnel and internal groups as defined in the customer care and sales support processes as well as any other related as they arise.
Build relationships at multiple levels and execute tactics that result in improved Regional customer satisfaction.
Liaise with customers, logistics, safety, label vendors, consultants, community representatives and other contacts outside the company.
You will take ownership of general administrative duties (including but not limited to office supplies, mail/deliveries, access, cleaning) and uncover ways to continuously improve Taiwanese office processes to enable people and business success.
You will also maintain a safe, productive, and welcoming workspace for our Taiwanese team.
Engaging, productive and safe workspace and administrative support within our Taiwanese operations.
Education & Credentials:
College diploma and minimum 2 years related experience
Equivalent combination of education and related experience
