Commercial Construction Plumbers Company:* HB Global, LLC Job Summary HB Global, LLC is seeking skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Plumbers to join our growing team. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in various commercial construction projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards. Job Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and waste disposal systems. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems and materials required. Cut, thread, bend, and assemble pipes, valves, and fittings using various tools and techniques. Inspect and test plumbing systems for leaks, proper pressure, and other issues to ensure functionality and safety. Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing problems, performing necessary repairs and replacements. Collaborate with other construction trades and project managers to ensure efficient project completion. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies on job sites. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects. Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and clients. Job Qualifications Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Plumber. Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams. Skilled in the use of various plumbing tools and equipment. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
