We are seeking a highly organized individual who is comfortable with technology to join our team as an Operations Assistant. In this position, you will be responsible for providing support to the office, ensuring smooth office operations, and assisting the IT department with basic technical support for remote and in-office employees. The ideal candidate will be a team player, possess strong communication skills, demonstrate a willingness to learn, and maintain a positive attitude. In addition, we value self-motivation and the ability to stay productive during down times by finding meaningful tasks and contributing to the office’s overall success. 


How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • Receive visitors and employees at the front desk, on-site.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the office, and kitchen and conference room stocking and tidiness.
  • Support the Office Manager in managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
  • Assist with organizing events, meetings, lunches and office space management.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, and scheduling.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding office-related inquiries and issues.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving basic IT-related problems (with support and on the job learning).
  • Assist in the maintenance and inventory management of company devices.
  • Perform other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Requirements

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Willingness to learn IT support for a hybrid workforce.      
  • Excellent communication and organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Basic IT knowledge, and a curiosity to learn more.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, and common office productivity tools.
  • A proactive, customer-service-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other Notes:

  • Salary: $20/hr
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
