Torch Technologies is seeking a Collateral Security/SCIF Manager to support the Joint Counter small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Office (JCO) Director, Deputy Director, and Secretariat Division Chief. The JCO serves as a focal point for the Department of Defense to synchronize and integrate C-sUAS efforts for all C-sUAS stakeholders (Office Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Services, and Inter-Agency). The incumbent will provide a variety of security functions to enable the JCO to effectively implement and maintain its security posture and manage the secure facility and personnel.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor highly sensitive aspects of the DoD, ensuring compliance with government and company security policies and procedures that are non-IT related.
Ensure the proper implementation and application of DoD security policies and procedures.
Incoming and outgoing government civilian, military and contractor visitor control through DISS and the VAR process.
Maintenance of PERSEC, INFOSEC, PHYSEC, OPSEC and COMSEC programs.
Control of classified information including receipt, distribution and storage.
Coordinate security requirements for military, government and contractor personnel.
Support the establishment and maintenance of requirements for the operation of secure facilities.
Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in security management, ideally within a government or military context.
U.S. citizenship with a strong commitment to national security.
Technical Qualifications:
Security Clearance Management: Skilled in handling and maintaining high-level security clearances.
Security Systems and Protocols: Proficient in using security management systems such as DISS and experienced with various security protocols.
Program Management: Capable of overseeing comprehensive security measures across multiple domains.
Preferred Qualifications:
Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead security initiatives and teams in a defense or government environment.
Advanced Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with various stakeholders.
Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills, especially in high-security situations.
Technical Savvy: Familiarity with the latest security technologies and systems is a plus.
