Job Description

IMMI is seeking an experienced and energetic Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our 1st Shift production team members and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards.

LOCATION: Onsite- Westfield, IN

RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Trains and manages production employees on assigned shifts.
  • Oversees daily workflow and assignments to hit target goals.
  • Prepares work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintains working knowledge of equipment and processes and notifies maintenance of equipment issues.
  • Ensures employees comply with applicable safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Assists with flexing across product lines to maximize efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Thorough understanding of production operations or able to quickly learn production operations and machinery
  • Excellent supervisory and team leadership skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office and related software
  • Must comply with legal and corporate responsibilities
