General Purpose:
We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated, positive individual who is passionate about the Forage Business and capturing opportunities in the local and regional markets. This individual will have exceptional customer engagement skills and a customer first mindset.

Achieve targeted and agreed upon sales goals
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to strengthen customer loyalty and dealer reputation
Serves as a consultant to our customers by leveraging the equipment and technology as well as the service and support
Continually improve personal selling capabilities to respond to customer needs in a more effective manner
Manages inventory and the remarketing process for forage stock units in Northwest Iowa
Actively identifies, seeks, and obtains new prospects
Supports large ag sales representatives in forage sales opportunities at a regional level
