Description of Quality Internship Duties:
Assist with Corporate Procedural Documentation Project and Organization:
· Collaborate with the Director of Quality and Compliance and Compliance Specialist to organize and track the statuses of all company documentation.
· Identify required actions for documentation maintenance and improvement.
Corporate Process Documentation:
· Work closely with the Director of Quality and Compliance and Compliance Specialist to update Corporate Quality documentation.
· Document new corporate processes under their guidance.
Documentation Formatting and Branding Updates:
· Collaborate with the Compliance Specialist to identify and update formatting and branding on historical documentation.
· Ensure consistency with corporate templates and style guidelines.
Assist with Corporate Compliance Documentation Project and Organization:
· Participate in updating and distributing Corporate Safety Program documentation under the guidance of the Compliance Specialist.
Assist with Corporate Quality and Compliance Tasks:
· Communicate effectively with departments across all facilities as required.
· Support various quality and compliance initiatives as needed.
Requirements
Intern Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in sophomore year of college or higher.
- Located in the Cleveland area.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Exposure to quality management systems and software preferred.
- Familiarity with flowcharting software, SharePoint, and Teams is a plus.
- Previous experience with process documentation is advantageous.
