We are seeking a mid-level welding engineer for our Plant Services Practice (PSP) in our Houston office. PSP primarily serves the petrochemical and energy industries; but our engineers may also work in other related fields such as aerospace, defense, manufacturing, and material processing. The successful applicant will work in multidisciplinary teams solving challenging problems including component design, integrity assessments, failure analysis, repair solutions and remediation. A strong balance of technical, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal) are required.
The successful candidate must have the desire to build a successful engineering practice in a dynamic, work-orientated environment. They must be a self-starter. They will work primarily on an individual basis, but also need to function well on project teams. Mentoring and developing engineers with less experience should be a priority.
