WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Join a dynamic team dedicated to operational excellence – As the Tech Etch Process Engineering Intern, you will collaborate with our esteemed Process Engineering Team to contribute to special projects and daily engineering operations. Under the guidance of a Principal Process Engineer Mentor, you will gain practical experience by addressing manufacturing production challenges hands-on.
Identify and implement process efficiency enhancements
Research and evaluate greener chemical alternatives
Draft and revise work instructions to facilitate process improvement
Gain exposure to project management and apply chemistry knowledge in laboratory settings
Delve into various aspects of manufacturing, including process monitoring, enhancements, PFMEA, and risk analysis, while honing soft skills like communication and team planning
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s Degree program, preferably in an engineering or chemical discipline
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
