WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Join our innovative team and vibrant culture – As the Tech Etch Engineering Intern, you’ll collaborate closely with our Process Engineering Team, receiving invaluable mentorship from our seasoned Principal Process Engineers and Director. Your daily tasks will encompass diverse responsibilities to enhance our operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Conduct water testing to develop essential lab etiquette skills for water treatment processes
• Update and maintain water-related work instruction documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Develop video instructions and VKS (Visual Knowledge Share) materials to facilitate training and knowledge transfer within the organization
• Assist in CAD facility updates to reflect current layouts and configurations
• Engage in continuous improvement projects to optimize manufacturing processes and workflows
• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing insights and ideas to drive process enhancements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in an engineering discipline, preferably mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to ensure accuracy and precision in work
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and eager to learn and contribute, demonstrating a strong work ethic and initiative
