WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Join a dynamic team dedicated to operational excellence – As the Tech Etch Manufacturing Training Intern, you will take a deep-dive into the heart of training management within manufacturing operations. Under the mentorship of our Manufacturing Training Coordinator, you will engage in hands-on projects aimed at enhancing our training curriculum and optimizing employee development.

• Work on projects focused on the development of training curriculum for production roles
• Learn the intricacies of training management specific to manufacturing environments, including learning and development methodologies
• Collaborate with various production departments to collect data and insights for curriculum enhancement
• Contribute to the creation of comprehensive training flows tailored to each department’s needs
• Assist in the establishment of a centralized database of resource groups within each department to facilitate efficient training delivery
• Shadow our Manufacturing Training Coordinator to gain firsthand experience in coordinating training initiatives
• Learn how to effectively utilize and apply training assessments to drive immediate impact and improve training outcomes
• Further expand your skills by engaging in additional projects aimed at optimizing training processes and procedures within the manufacturing environment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s Degree program, preferably in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in learning and development
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team
• Proactive and self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning and professional growth
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
