Description

Grace Stakeholder Investments is seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join the existing HR Team at Grace Manufacturing, Inc. in Russellville, AR. This position is full-time and responsible for various tasks to assist the HR Department.


The Human Resources Administrator position is responsible for managing the incoming visitors and phone calls, miscellaneous administrative tasks, and assisting the HR department as needed. Under the direction of the Senior HR Generalist, this position is tasked to support the HR department with data entry, administrative items, new hire onboarding and orientation, recruiting, employee events, file retention, assist with cleaning technician duties as needed, and assist with maintaining meaningful human resources programs for our employees to increase employee satisfaction, improve retention and maximize productivity, thus creating profitability for the organization.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with various human resources programs and processes for the company. Some projects are this position’s sole responsibility and others are in collaboration with the HR team. 
  • HR Administration – General administration for the department including
    • Creating/ Processing PCNs
    • Data collection and entry projects
    • Managing the phones and announcements
    • Managing bulletin boards
    • File retention
    • Manage front door and visitors
    • FCRA candidate decline packet
    • Attendance Point Tracking
    • Reconcile benefit invoices
    • Process Laborchex Invoices
    • Process verification of employment
  • Assist with Recruiting
    • Schedule screenings
    • Sending Background Checks and Onboarding Packets
    • Creating New Hire Files
    • New Hire Orientation Prep and/or administration
  • Assist with potlucks and other employee engagement events
  • Assist with cleaning the facility when the cleaning technician is absent
  • Other miscellaneous duties as needed
Requirements
  • 2 years HR or Related Field experience preferred.
  • Willing to and enthusiastic about assisting the HR department with the growth initiatives of the company.
  • Innovative and resourceful in generating new ideas.
  • Positive, solutions-oriented outlook toward problems and challenges
  • Computer savvy in Microsoft Office 
  • A team player willing to assist others as needed.
