The Workers' Compensation Claim Adjuster II reports to our St. Louis, MO branch and is a hybrid position following an initial training period of at least 60 days. In this role, you will manage a dedicated client account, overseeing Missouri Workers' Compensation Claims from start to finish. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in adjusting work comp claims.
As a Workers' Compensation Claim Adjuster, you will be responsible for thoroughly investigating and managing assigned workers compensation claims. This position may serve as advanced training for potential promotion to a Work Comp Claim Rep II or higher-level claim position in the future. Your performance will directly impact the quality of claim services perceived by CCMSI clients and must align with our corporate claim standards.

Education and/or Experience
3 or more years of workers compensation claim experience or other related industry experience is required.
Computer Skills
Proficient using Microsoft Office programs such as: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Adjuster's license is preferred but not required.
