Job Purpose Summary
As a Senior Account Manager at Ciranda, you will be a key member of our sales team,
responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will serve as
the primary point of contact for our customers, understanding their needs, and providing them
with exceptional service and support. Your extensive knowledge of our products, excellent
communication skills, and strategic mindset will contribute to the growth and success of
Ciranda's business.
Responsibilities
▪ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, acting as their
primary point of contact.
▪ Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to develop
tailored account strategies and deliver effective solutions.
▪ Drive revenue growth within assigned accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling
opportunities and proactively pursuing new business opportunities.
▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, and product development,
to align strategies and ensure client needs are met.
▪ Conduct regular account reviews and performance analysis, providing insights and
recommendations to improve client satisfaction and drive account growth.
▪ Prepare and present business proposals, contract negotiations, and renewal discussions
to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
▪ Monitor and manage account profitability, revenue targets, and sales forecasts,
providing accurate and timely reporting to management.
▪ Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights, leveraging
knowledge to enhance client engagements and competitive advantage.
▪ Handle client issues and complaints with patience, while working closely with internal
teams to resolve problems and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
▪ Participate in industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to represent
the company and expand professional networks.
Required Education & Experience
▪ Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA or
advanced degree preferred.
▪ Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development roles,
with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience.
▪ Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth within
assigned accounts.
▪ Demonstrates experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships,
with a focus on client retention and satisfaction.
▪ Solid understanding of sales and account management principles, including consultative
selling and value-based solutions.
▪ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively
communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
▪ Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to drive favorable
terms and conditions with clients.
▪ Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage client interactions, pipeline,
and reporting.
▪ Expect to travel 20-30 percent of the time.
▪ Manage and drive revenue in assigned sales territory.
