We are looking for another dedicated person to join us. We have an immediate opening for a full time Receptionist (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm). If you have a passion for excellence and would like to join one of Santa Barbara County's top employers then we'd like to talk to you.
The Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support to ensure that municipal services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. Other duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: welcoming on-site visitors and announcing them to the appropriate personnel, monitors visitor access, helps maintain security, answers incoming telephone calls and forwards to appropriate personnel. A high school diploma or GED is required as is excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
