KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Prior Supply Chain, material coordinator, or material handling experience preferred
NATURE & SCOPE
This position will report to the Supply Chain Department and able to work on any shift.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Work in a safe manner
- Accountable for department performance
- Understand the BAC Quality Policy, and how to apply it to the job
- Participate in efforts to continuously improve the Receiving Team, resulting in cost outs and process improvements
- Perform put away, receiving, and check in functions for all purchased production material for all departments
- Perform all necessary incoming inspections
- Initiate and log any NCRs; isolate NCR material; report NCRs immediately to Purchasing
- Maintain an organized, isolated NCR area
- Clear any Red Tag material immediately after it arrives
- Put away all material in correct locations; dispose of any un-necessary packaging
- Receive all material into PeopleSoft within the target time period
- Maintain neat and organized material storage areas
- Maintain scrap wood area clean and disposition scrap wood as needed.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to the rest of the Supply Chain team, as needed
- Provide support to the rest of the BAC team, flexing to other departments as needed depending on business demand
WORKING CONDITIONS
BAC Hiring Compensation Range $20.27 - $28.99.

BAC Employees are eligible to participate in an annual bonus incentive program. BAC provides additional earnings in the form of overtime as applicable under law. BAC provides shift differential pay for eligible employees, under program rules.
