General Responsibilities

Maintain office building, or other commercial building in clean and orderly condition based on the scope of work on job site assigned to.
Specific Duties / Essential Functions
Sweep, Mop, Dusting, Polishing, Detailing Of Terminal Facility
Painting Of Terminal Facility
Landscaping Duties such as watering greenery area, Picking up cut grass and plants
Patching walls, Replacing outlets
Fill all dispensers with soap, lotion, paper towels and toilet paper.
Requires employees to bend, reach, stand and walk for extended periods.
Pushing, lifting and carrying items less than 30lbs.
Repetitive use of hands, wrist, arms, and legs. Climbing stairs and ladders.
Use of personal protective equipment correctly such as safety glasses and vinyl gloves.
Pull trash which can weigh 40 or more pounds.
Skills & Experience
While not mandatory, proficiency in English is highly recommended to perform the responsibilities of this role effectively. We are committed to creating an inclusive work environment that values diversity."
Open availability: Overtime work and schedule adjustments may be needed/necessary. Holiday work may also be required.

Physical Requirements
Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
Must be able to lift 35 lbs., and carry 12 lbs. backpack vacuum, as needed.
Good hygiene skills are required.
