As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you are the friendly face that puts the
wow in Wawa by greeting and serving our customers. Our CSAs are proud to be part of a beloved brand that is committed to putting people first, doing the right thing, and making every day a little brighter.
What you'll do:Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.Prepare food items such as our delicious breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas as well keeping our coffee station clean and organized.Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, as well as assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.Ensure our stores are well-stocked and that our shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.Help keep our stores clean and safe by following all established policy, procedures, and guidelines.Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more.

Qualifications: Great communication and customer service skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask like a pro.Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.Enjoys working in a team environment.The hourly range for this position is $17.25 - $21.25 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates in this position will receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12am-6am.
