This Designer is a recent Architectural graduate with a bachelor's degree from an accredited architectural university with 1 or 3 years of professional experience. They will perform various assignments under the supervision of senior team members. These qualities and characteristics will help an entry-level designer establish a solid foundation and contribute to the success of architectural projects within the firm.

Design Skills: Demonstrate creativity and a passion for design. Showcase an understanding of spatial relationships, form, and aesthetics. Possess the ability to generate design concepts and develop them into visual representations.

Software Proficiency: Have a basic understanding of architectural software tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Endscape , Photoshop, illustrator or other design and modeling software commonly used in the industry. Proficiency in these tools is essential.

Communication and Collaboration: Possess effective verbal and written communication skills. Be able to express ideas clearly and concisely. Work well in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and actively participating in design discussions.

Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to details in architectural drawings, ensure accuracy and precision in all work to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Learning Attitude: Display a willingness to learn and grow professionally. Be open to feedback and guidance from senior team members and actively seek opportunities to expand knowledge and skills.

Time Management: Demonstrate effective time management skills to meet project deadlines. Prioritize tasks and efficiently organize work to ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Exhibit critical thinking skills and the ability to solve design challenges. Be proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions while seeking guidance as needed.
