Your role looks like:
- Accurately processing payroll for multi-state company for exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Processing prevailing wage payroll and related compliance paperwork.
- Reviewing timecards for accuracy and required approvals.
- Staying up to date on all payroll laws, including prevailing wage.
- Keeping up to date on all RRM policies that concern payroll and timekeeping.
- Reconciling all payroll records with accounting system and corresponding third party systems.
- Monthly/quarterly/annual reporting regarding employees and payroll.
- Responsible for payroll reporting in compliance with state and federal laws.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in related field
- Associate degree in Accounting
- Possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly analyze problems and respond with effective solutions.
Above & Beyond:
- Knowledge of Paylocity Software.
- Knowledge of prevailing wage.

COMPENSATION:
The hiring range for this role is targeted at $ 27- $33.50 per hour dependent on skills and experience.
