Receptionist - In-Office Position | Linwood, NJ
CCMSI is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Linwood, NJ office. This is a full-time, in-office position with no opportunity for hybrid or remote work. As our Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth office operations and delivering a positive experience for both employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct all incoming and in-house calls, transferring calls or taking messages as needed.
- Open, sort, and scan incoming mail into our system.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure the office runs efficiently.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry and typing.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
- Strong typing skills and a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional demeanor and the ability to create a positive first impression.

Responsibilities
- Answer calls and take messages.
- Clerical duties, as requested - proofread documents, prepare letters and labels, sort checks, tear down loss runs, stuff envelopes, data entry, copying, and filing.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Ability to clearly communicate verbally and/or in writing both internally and externally.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Computer Skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
